Do I even need AI in a company of my size?
Not everywhere. But in specific places, more often than people expect. The first stage clarifies where it pays off for you, without requiring you to understand the technology in detail.
We already have an IT team. What do you add?
You do not need more engineering capacity from us. What is usually missing is a clear answer to which AI work is worth doing, in what order, and what has to be in place before it holds up in operation. We answer that, your team builds it.
How do I steer IT providers when I am not a technical expert myself?
We help you ask the right questions, compare proposals and hold providers accountable in a way you can follow. You stay in control without having to go deep into the technology.
Is there public funding for AI advisory?
Germany has public funding programmes for business advisory, for example the BAFA programme for entrepreneurial know-how. What is funded there is advisory work, not implementation, and the application has to be filed before the contract is signed. Whether funding applies to your project, and at what rate, is decided by the responsible authority and depends among other things on your location. We look into it with you beforehand and tell you honestly what we know and what we do not.
Can AI be used in a privacy-compliant way in my company?
That depends on which data is involved, where it is processed and how the process is built. That is exactly what we look at before anything is introduced: we consider data protection from the start, organisationally, and we name the places where it gets tight. For legal certainty we work with qualified professionals.
What do I actually have in my hands at the end?
A jointly developed action plan: clear next steps with the reasoning behind them. Not a deck that gathers dust.
